There is also a layer of PUL, a coated polyester which is waterproof.....so no plastic pants or cover is necessary! they have a cute outer layer of funky fabric and inside a layer of beautifully soft micro fleece which draws moisture away from your baby's skin! They do up via studs which can be adjusted to fit.
